Every Mofunela order ships free. Here is what to expect once you have placed one.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend. Any import duties or taxes charged by your country are not included and remain the responsibility of the recipient.
Where we ship
We currently deliver to the United States, Canada, Japan, Australia, and across Europe: the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Denmark, Ireland, Austria, and Switzerland.
Processing and tracking
Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed. As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse we email you the carrier name and tracking number, and the same details appear under Your orders in your account.
Delivery timing
Delivery timing varies by destination and carrier. Contact us before ordering if you need a destination-specific estimate; after dispatch, the tracking link provides the latest carrier updates.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your delivery details at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us before the order ships and we will correct it. Once a parcel is handed to the carrier the address can no longer be changed.
