This page explains what we collect when you shop with Mofunela and what we do with it.
What we collect
To process an order we collect your email address, recipient name, phone number, and delivery address, together with the contents of the order. If you create an account we also store the addresses and contact details you choose to save there.
Payments
Payments are handled entirely by PayPal. Card numbers and PayPal credentials are never sent to or stored on our servers. We only receive the transaction identifiers needed to confirm that an order was paid.
How we use your email
Your email address is used to send passwordless sign-in links, order confirmations, and shipping updates. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.
Cookies and local storage
A single sign-in cookie keeps you logged in for 30 days, and your shopping bag is kept in your browser's local storage so it survives a page reload. We also keep a random first-party store identifier in local storage to understand same-browser shopping journeys, such as product views, cart activity and checkout. It is not used for advertising, cross-site tracking, or to store your name, email or address.
Your choices
You can sign out at any time to clear the session cookie, edit or delete saved addresses from your account, and contact us to request deletion of your account and order history.
