Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return an order that is not right for you.
Return window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused, in the condition you received them, and in their original packaging.
How to start a return
Contact us with your order number and tell us which items you would like to return. We will confirm the return address and next steps by email before you send anything back.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and has been checked, we refund to the original PayPal account. Depending on your bank it can take a few more business days for the amount to appear.
Damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
